  • Go For Intense Running – Fat loss will not occur when you only cover the distance while running. Rather than distance, intensity matters a lot here. Rather than sticking to the long, slow, steady-state running, add some high-intensity intervals to the mix. For example jog for 60 seconds at normal pace and then level up the intensity for 30 seconds.
  • Hit the Hills – Running in the hills works amazingly in weight loss. When you keep running at the flat ground, it will not work much on your favor. For every degree of incline you will experience 10 percent increase in your calorie burn.
  • Start with strength training – Strength and resistant training along with running works amazingly for your muscles and fat loss. Because these trainings give you more muscles and the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn while you are resting. Means, your body metabolism works at its peak.
